I drew this in about fifteen minutes while watching Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker (which ROCKS, go watch it!) and colored it for around three hours. 'Tis Harley Quinn in a rather odd looking dress.

I kinda likes it.

anyway though, this is great, one of the best drawings i've seen of yours. great job on coloring and inking. i give it two thumbs up. if i had a third thumb, however, i would give it three. but alas, i am with but two. so anyway, great job, rock and roll all night long!
