Jarvian JESF Officer Rank Insignia
Jarvian JESF Officer Rank Insignia by @fragmented_imagination (B Sanders)

The commissioned officer ranks of the Jarvian Joint Exploration Space Fleet was a departure from the Yutsha's unique identifier pins and the Ca'eacedt shoulder panels. Instead, it was decided to use parallelograms that looked sleeker on officer duty uniforms without being horribly flashy. Field officers are divided from general officers by using a rose-tinted metal alloy known as "alzhwenhth", originally a gift from the former Yutsha nation of A Kodhe when the Jarvian nations resolved to create the JESF. Possession of these pins outside of the JESF is considered illegal by most nations, as A Kodhe very strongly controls its output and has demanded the same from other nations of Jarvanh.

As with the other ranks, officers are represented by either pins, patches, or badges. The badges have an additional feature of a bar underneath the rank insignia, which is colored to match the branch division the individual is assigned to. Unlike enlisted and warrant officers, service insignia is a different device for officers, hence no service pins on the above chart. With the patches, the general officer ranks are the only ranks in the service which feature a different color, meant to help distinguish them from field officer ranks.

The ranks are listed as follows, Fe'dh first, then Ca'enacetaç:
- O-1: Jeo / Piotlïs
- O-2: Ecahnh / A'gatlïs
- O-3: Biraemt / Qozothïs
- O-4: Çlrieonh / Eďhtlïs
- O-5: Hyullh' / Pioxse
- O-6: Lsuzhoni Hyullh' / A'gaxse
- O-7: Frendaes / Qozoxse
- O-8: Fenris / Eďhxse
- O-9: Xepahllhah / Piorös
- O-10: Hahthr' / A'garös
- O-11: Vethra / Qozorös
- O-12: Lsuzhoni Vethra / Hecilez
- O-13: Yeolhtbae d' Lakak't/Beor / Etlmm T-uçenf
