I don't how to use photoshop, I use MS Paint for all my coloring, some of it turns out good. What I think would make it look better would be to add shading, lighting, and more details in the fur and face. Dogs and wolves alike have a thick black line on the end of their mouths along with dots around their noses. You should try puting those in.

I'll give you some tips if you'd like. I'm always willing to help someone who wants to improve.
