She's holding what is called a "Ru Yi". It basicly means "As You Wish", and it's a type of septer.
Giving this to some one is like a big deal, and if a god holds this or a king holds this it mans they can do as they wish... but even more "as you will".... there are several types of things in Chinese Mythology that are called "Ru Yi" like the Monkey king who has a iron banded Cudgel/staff which can change shape and size as he wills it.
If a king, god, buda, or bodhisatva were to give you a Ru Yi you can guess it';s a big honor. Like, if it were the last Dynasty in China, and the Emporer gave me a Ru Yi that means I can do no wrong, and can't get arested, jailed, and so on....
Love the lighting effects. Again, very dynamic movement here and the shading is superb. I especially like that green-touched layer over her front leg and her hair. All the details really come together well, too, like the Chinese knots coming off that... what is she holding? Lovely work regardless and the purple color scheme is pleasing to the eyes.
