This is an inside joke with my friend Imperial Yoshi (Kyle Veers). Cirrus HATES chibi's, much less being one. So Imperial gets ahold of a chibi stick and decides to use it on the both of them. Cirrus starts to freak out and whatnot. I drew this for Imperial though ^_^ Cuz he's my bestest best friend in the whole wide world!
