Thanks a lot for commenting! n__n Comments make me smile, especially so after a long day at school. Thank you so much for your compliments - as for the problem with shading, I know what you mean XD; there actually is a fair amount, but its so soft compared to the eyes that it doesnt stand out enough to be very noticable. That was my main issue with this image too - that the eyes stood out too much from the rest of it. Someday I'll try and touch it up a bit, maybe make the shading a bit more extreme, so it mixes a little better ^^ Again, thank you! I appreciate it! =D
Happy St. Patrick's!...In May! =D; by @Pheep (Alexandra Smith)
So, I was bored. Adobe was there. The green was there, Hime was there, a random urge to experiment with Raz's lovely soft-colored-lineart-method was there....It was too much. I gave in. The results are what you see above. I am not proud of what I have done (much)...but the green eyeshadow amuses me. XP And the dramatic eyelashes. Comments would be very liked.

Awww @@ The Irish in me are dancing. (In May at that.) I really like this picture, and please don't think you're ripping off 'my' style. I have no idea what I even do in a style XD My brain doesnt work in such a nice manner. However, I really like the eyeshadow. That's definatly one of my favorite things in this picture. I love drawing it, but unfourtantly Phib won't wear any ;_; Poo. I really like her eyelashes and nose too n.n, and as always, the soft coloring you do really looks fabulous. Hime should be officially Irish, so her and Phib can have like...Irish/Italian gang wars or something. She can burn down the Olive Garden. Raz also likes the dark green sort of aura around her. That really looks nice, and the squiggley =D...and...I better shut up now. XP -Raz
This looks really cute. The bright orange hair against the green not only gives the Irish look quite well, but has a nice color contrast that's appealing to the eyes.
Speaking of which, her eyes look amazing. The shading and depth to them are very life-like and add a lot of character to this picture. However, there's not a lot shading in the rest of the picture that makes it kind of flat. Maybe adding some more highlights to her hair and some more shading around her features would help bring her out some more.
All in all, this looks quite good. The eyes are wonderful, and the green eyeshadow is a nice touch ;). Keep it up!
