I did this drawing at an art class in summer of 2005, I and other class members had to blindly pick an item out the bag and draw it. It was a fun class!

You captured the shape of the scissors very well. Very three-dimensional, and the contrast of the curved lines in the handle and the sharp, straight lines of the blade really convey the shape and a bit of the texture very well. You might smooth your lines out a bit, but the overall idea is nicely done.
