Just to clarify, The blue is the center of his eyes. I did this from a photograph that I took of him. And the flash caused the pupil of him eye to appear blue, and I just thought that I would keep that blue, because it is alomost mesmorizing. (Just in case others are interested in why his eyes appear wrong looking.)
