I just wanted to give a sense of division, of the dragon belonging to another world, which we might be able to see if we try, but through a veil. I'm glad you like the shading :)

Finally finished this. I tried to practice with line weight and was careful with light/shadow. One of my better shading jobs I think.
Very nice picture. The shading is indeed nicely done, very smooth and gives the dragon a good sense of shape. I like the style of the face, you certainly captured a Chinese look to it, and the curve of its body is very graceful. I like the extra pencil lines darkening the outside of the door/window, but is there something specific it's supposed to signify? Just curious. Lovely work regardless.
