Very nice. The flowiness of the girl's robe and dress and the twists of the dragon's body really draw the eye around the picture. The style is very appropriate, as well. The only problem I have with it is her right arm... the bottom line of the arm should be attached lower to her side than it is, and her arm is thicker beneath the robe sleeve, just past her shoulder where it should be larger. Very nice otherwise, you really captured the eastern dragon look well and the whisker wrapped around the girl's arm is a nice touch.
