Pocahontas Universal Life Force by @BlackUniGryphon (Black UniGryphon)
"But, I know every rock, every tree, and every creature has a life, has a spirit, has a name."
The very begining of the song "Colors of the Wind" Pocahontas shows the Spiritual Universal Contiousness of all things on the Earthly plain. You know... like "The Force". It's a very common philosophy in native Ameican cultures that all matter has it's own conciousness.
I'd actually attended Powows of a Powhatan Tribe called the Nanticoke, and Cheif Little Owl would always tell this story. But, they often told the same thing, in a different way at the Leni Lenape Festival also.
I changed the pose allot from the original sceen, but you can tell which scene it's based on. I also have 2 production stills of frames from this scene.
I digitally colored this in Photoshop. I'm sure you can tell. I used a few tricks here and there, and I'm surprized at the way the colors came out.
This is GORGEOUS...~! I like the post, and you did splendid on the details.
