This is great, i love the detail in his outfit and in the background, the snake on his robes make him look more evil ^__^

Actually, I kind of imagine him to look like the Goblin King from Labyrinth..... just kidding ;) very nice picture, the colouring is superb. the only real problem i see is the arm and hand holding the sword, but i know hand anatomy can be tough, so you pulled it off very well despite that.
