Black Lady by @arshesnei (Arshes Nei)

If anyone remembers a horrid sketch of Black lady it was here: geocities.com/thunder_empress_arshes_nei/sjblkladystch01.jpg <--- you'll have to cut and paste it for geocities prevents outside linking. Anyways, after months of tweaking I came up with this. The eye in the corner is Sailor Saturn's btw I was going to comic panel most of it, but I realized the scanner wouldn't capture it and it would cost too much to piece it all together again.
