Captured Spandau heavy machine gun, circa 1917, Packard and Pioneer Museum, Maungatapere, New Zealand. Of all the things in what had already proven a surprisingly diverse car museum, I still never expected this. The other side was blown open so I'm pretty sure it no longer works.

@Inafox: I imagine it's why they were operated by a crew. :p I do know how the Ukrainians solved the problem...
