Attempt no.3 at watercolours. I was going for detail this time. Still need to work on those backgrounds. The vague splodges by the far shore are meant to be a village or something but even I'm not convinced.

the color and the shading is magnificent! i think the background is just fine, but i do agree that the village should stand out more thus, it is still very beautiful....beautiful and slightly majestic!

Nicceee... Kind of reminds me of a scene in Mordor or something. I love this guy's 'hackles'. So spikey!
