The Outer Inner Turmoil by @bearmoon (Hiryuko Ryugu)
I wanted to draw my character Kumako poorly handling her power over wind strangely. She managed to cause her over coat/dress thing and hair to be blown by the wind, but her under dress is unaffected. I dunno. I just liked it is all.
I love the pose here, there's a lot of emotion in it. The story is interesting and I like the way you depicted it. The character design is very interesting and in particular, I love that chain at her belt. I'd like to see this image coloured.
