Saengdao, my vigilante
Saengdao, my vigilante by @Elleree (Elleree Phoenix)

My colored sketches I did of Saima as 'Saengdao,' a SWAT Kat-like vigilante. (Saengdao means Starlight in Thai btw) This is really a what-if scenario--what if Saima was the equivalent of a SWAT Kat--but I've got a great idea for a fanfiction. (And this image of her in that outfit on a hill watching a mansion burn down, lol. But that'll be in the fic.) My scanner REALLY screwed up the colors--especially the gold, silver, and copper. Ugh. But you get the general idea. Those things on the side of her mask are throwing knives and her gloves totally have claws that shoot out. The outfit was inspired by Thai garb and I have Visnenkat to thank for the idea.

This is probably one of the most creative costumes I've seen in a long time, especially for a vigilante. You tossed aside the usual "g-suit" and/or "pants and a jacket or shirt" and came up with something unique.

Very nicely done. I think her "about to kick" butt pose is my favorite. ;D

Aw thanks! :D It took me forever looking through Thai traditional dance costumes and such to decide what elements I wanted to use. I like to be different lol. Although the throwing knives almost killed me--but, hey, I saw several Thai dancers with those things attatched to tiaras and I was like "Idea!" lol. I appreciate the comment. =)
