he may be a bad guy but he is a very -~HOT~- bad guy!!!! kudos on the sly smirk and clothing (uber spiff)

Man, that pic'd be really cool if I didn't totally despice GW... Still, there's nothing exclusively sci-fi about it. I could just as easilly pretend he's someone esle. Say from a nineteenth century navy...
