As for the spine thing, well I really didn't know I understand about the legs supposed to be embedded and all but I thought it was funny to leave it hanging hahahahah Again, I was personally disappointed that I spent so much effort on this when it started off as something I didn't care too much about hahaha.
And I checked out your friends website!!!! It's AMAZING, true artists work, I'm on a different league, those level are my dream level but with the lack of artistic education and experience it really is just hard to get to that level of talent hhahaah. But it's BEAUTIFUL thanks for sharing! I shall aim to improve XD
AND U SHOULD BE PROUD! As soon as i saw the thumbnail i knew it was urs from the colour pallet and style.
The Background is beautiful, u should keep playing with this style coz ur good at it. The char is groovy 2 with very well drawn wings and cape. The colouring of the whole char is actually very nice and i can see little to crit on.
The one thing i really find odd and cant understand why is the spine thing. For some strange reason i feel it should go into his body rather that be detached, it could be because it has those claws that it uses to attach to the body where it doesnt need them in not sure.
