One of the few fan arts I've done, I thought it turned out nice. Kagome doesn't look quite right, but I think Inu Yasha looks very...Inu Yashaish.

Kagome's hair is a bit pooffy, (okay, twice the size of her actual head) but it still looks a lot live her. InuYasah, as you've implied, does indeed look like himself. Complete with an arrogant smirk.

Uuummm, I can't quite put my finger on it, but something about the linewight/blueish tone of the drawing really makes it stand out. Very cool.
