Chinchilla

This is, in actual fact, a chinchilla - however little it resembles one. It does, however, look like a hamster with a long tail...;)

Thought it would be a good time to learn how to do fur in colour pencil (not to mention get some mileage out of that expensive two year old box of 48 Faber-Castell watercolour pencils).

Not sure how well I pulled this off, though...went crazy layering in different colours and now the poor thing looks almost iridescent. Ah well. There's always next time.
