This is ... I guess, my fan-character-person ...erm. She's some sort of Kai-girl (Kai (would you say Kais?) are so cute ... ^^) I name her Cecile ... which is the name I chose for myself in my French class. Perhaps you recognize her as the girl sleeping in the moon of one of my older pics? I rather just took the girl and gave her kai-ears and a Kai-ish outfit and drew her DBZ-style. Her skin was already blue so that was fine. La! She is cute, and pretty easy to draw ... yay.

I've never created a fan-character before ... Cecile is one only because she's a Kai. And they are from DBZ. She's got no part in any storylines, as far as I know ... (?)
