Pronounced "Muh-low-tee"

He's an outcast/mistake and doesn't like eating (unless he really truly has to, so usually in a fit of cloudy light-headed rage that he barely remembers after he passes out), he just likes to kill. He's kind of an ass, but when he sweetens up, he'll give you cavities. His headband tied across his head is also weaved into his braid. He has a blind eye which is just a pale white, but it can glow different colours and whatever colour it glows, the little gem in the middle of his forehead does, too. - I have no reason for this, it just sounds like it could be fun to draw.
