Myosotis is the titular protagonist of the story I'm making, Amaranth! She's a sparkly purple warrior going on a spiritual rite of cleansing and passage.

Her parents are Ares Iris Amarantus 'Ram' and Nike Seilenos-Amarantus 'Fleetfoot', both Kyniskiates, both deceased: killed on duty in the war that broke out between Illia and Amage over the territories at their borders. 

She was left in the care of her godparents, both retired Kyniskiates, Hermes 'Mabof', the former shieldsibling of Ares, and Artemis 'Fish', the former shieldsibling of Nike. An only child from her biological parents, she has several godsiblings -- three from Hermes' marriage, and two from Artemis' -- and grew up in a nuclear family. Hermes owns a gun store, Artemis, on the other hand, owns a restaurant. Myosotis worked part-time at both at Hermes' gun store and at Artemis' restaurant before her Emancipation Rite, extensively learning the tools of both trades.

One of her friends is Hestia Diamandis Metaxas 'Bijou', 'Tia', a young model. Mayhem sees Hestia as a sister and shield-sibling although she isn't a Kyniskiate, and will often engage her in combat training.
