Sumire is a black Jaguar, and comes from an area where her people are more in a repressed state of "survival of the fittest"

Sumire was named because of her birthplace had an unusual field of violet colored flowers. So her mother decided to name her after the field, hoping her birth was special.

Sumire was later abandoned, and she traveled very far where she met Sahar, Mitsu, and Ji'taal a family of cheetahs. They became something of her adopted family.

Sumire's former outlook on life was pretty bleak, but after a makeover, she's rather fun loving, but more responsible than Sahar.
