Background: Sarovanya joined the warrior guild in order to impress Tarwen, an elven ranger with whom he'd grown up. While training in the guild he became the chosen apprentice of the legendary paladin, Kartaelin Nasan, who had come to Falaris to speak at the guild. Because of his training under Nasan, Sarovanya was able to perfect his swordsmanship and blacksmithing skills, and gained additional knowledge of basic healing magic.
