The idea for Kaylen came from a friend's character named Caine and an RPG. We had Caine (a half-demon) and a couple of other be teleported into the past. The only people they could think of to get them back to their own time were the guy's ancestors, Kaylen and his twin sister (who is also my friend's character). Caine had heard about Kaylen and his sister, and was basically scared half to death. Imagine his surprise when he found out they'd hitched a ride to his time.

Kaylen's powers are anything with water, ice and wind, and he's pretty good at them too. Then there's the huge sword he can just pull out of thin air and the fact he can charm any human female. If there's a crowd of fangirls suddenly rushing past you, you know he's near. :D Of course, he abuses these powers as much as he can because he's an evil sonofabitch.

His hobbies are sleeping, his powers, having uh... "friendly discussions" cough cough with Caine and watching TV. TV is kind of a miracle if you're from the past.

Kaylen gets bored easily, and if he gets bored people get hurt O_o He's usually pretty happy - which is good because it's not safe when he's grumpy. :D
