Feila Chan, aka The cute elf girl is a close friend of Matsuri. She's traveled with Matsuri the longest and considers Matsuri a sister. Feila is one of the last of a special line of Elves who are masters at the art of complete healing. Matsuri always thought of her as a little sister though at the beggining she didn't treat her like one. Feila's constant crying and nieveness would annoy Matsuri and she'd end up abusing the poor elf girl. That changes after a particular event that happens.
