Omeneon: The Graveyard Pokémon

Type: Ghost/Dark
Moveset: TBA
Ability: Cursed Body
Hidden Ability: Geistilize (Ghost Skin, turns Normal-Type moves into Ghost-Type moves which also gives the moves a slight boost)

This Pokémon evolves as a result of a low friendship level with its trainer while also knowing the move Frustration. Omeneon's evolution is the result of Eevee being subjected to much emotional and mental anguish, causing a chemical imbalance in its brain. This causes it to only evolve near a graveyard, temple or any other place of rest.

Omeneon very rarely appears during the day, it mostly comes out at night in order to feed on the energy of other Pokémon. It abosrbs their life force by wrapping its bandages around them and sucking them dry. Its bandages are strong enough to crush steel and restrain a rampaging Tauros. 

It seems to have a rivalry with the Pokémon Houndstone, and attempts to steal the headstone-like mass protruding from its head for mysterious reasons which remain unknown.
