Known to most as an abomination, Neo is an insanely powerful young irken. He stands at about 5'11", which is pretty tall considering that in human years he's only 14. He is considered to be the irken equivelent of a demi god and was mentioned in a prophecy long ago. Startlingly, his life seems to be following the sketchy lines of this prediction to as close to the letter as thought possible. He is known well for his large gold wings and also his lethal driving skills. Irk knows a young kid shouldn't be driving a Viper with NOS, but he does and is famous for narrowly veering out of the way of innocent pedestrians. He may be able to fly, but he claims to like the adrenaline you get from flooring it down the road in a car. He is an enigma to most, but he is very lovable. He is a ditz when it comes to mechanics though and relies on his sister's genius in the feild in order to hack into people's computer systems and whatnot. You can tall he is VAIYARO and Zaphod's son just by speaking to him. He has his father's stubborness and his mother's outgoing personality. He also has a bounty of over a billion monies(irken currency) on his head.
