CivGeneral's "grand conquest" was, of course, the obligatory and inevitable war with CurtSibling (although he had not himself joined the story). If Locke's gonna loot and pillage no matter what, might as well steer him in a productive direction.

The line about tailless' phone number had to do with him being a fugitive at the time, from what I don't recall.

I keep forgetting Locke holds an official post in the Union. And he can still use that seat, should he fancy...
