José Rafael Puan (alternatively spelled Jose Rafael Puan and Jose-Rafael Puan) was a recurring character of ParsonNathaniel, a Bolivar-expy and namesake of "Puanarianism", a vaguely defined quasi-anarchic socialist philosophy. Puan first appeared in Tiberian Sky as the reluctant puppet of the Brotherhood of Nod, but also governed in his own right in Peshawar Lancers 2 and SnipedIOT. He also cameoed as a member of the Congo Society's board of directors in Iron and Blood 7 and Port Hadley in IdIOT.
