Trio from the Chapa village by @Farel (Jan Nowak)

This image needed ages to be finally made, but as painful as it was, it does make me proud. Let's get to the story: rtdragon rtdragon and I have been talking one time and then we brought up the subject of Chapas from Unlimited Saga. He was wondering how it'd look if Chapas were more human, like in the "Angry Beavers" pic that I colored recently. So I decided to give it a go, at first I wanted to merely draw Merito, whom is my favorite, but in the end I decided to draw the whole trio.

To explain, Chapas are a race of anthro beavers from the PS2 video game "Unlimited Saga". I already had a bit of an attempt long ago, remember? http://www.furaffinity.net/view/1083166/ But how much did I improve? Back then I was tracing over original artwork, but now… I can re-draw a character in slightly different pose and different version, here much more human shaped! I think I did a good job, especially on Merito.

To give some backstory. Merito – The one on the right. He’s the bravest in the village. He seems proud, but also heroic. Tried to make him a bit more muscular heh. Qalesin – Middle one. Apparently the most popular one in the village. Playful and silly. Seems to like singing and dancing. Spry – Left one. The wisest one in the village. He seems to be the best at item collecting, he however is kinda sinister and arrogant.

I wish these 3 would get more attention in the game. Ahh well!
