The scene opens to the hospital and we see the four Trauma Jester fans (Zeke, Velma, Dobson and Mark) sneak into the building in their makeshift battle suits, we then see that the fans have their own weapons (such as baseball bats and knives). The fans make it to Terry and Rose’s hospital room and they see the two characters lying in their beds, the four fans then proceed to stab the two characters with their knives. Zeke notices that something is wrong and the fans see that they actually just stabbed decoys of Terry and Rose, the four fans then get confronted by the Delta Force. The Delta Force explains that they had the hospital’s management place the real Terry and Rose in secret locations where they’ll be tended to without interference, the four fans then proceed to fight the Delta Force. The Delta Force defeats the four Trauma Jester fans and then they tell the villains about the security camera that recorded their evil actions, the cops arrive and they promptly proceed to arrest the Trauma Jester fans. One week later we see that Rose and Terry  have recovered from their injuries, we then learn that the Trauma Jester fanbase has been voted the worst fanbase ever by the popular YouTube channel known as “WatchDojo!” The Delta Force visits the two characters and Terry tells the heroes that he’s going to cease development on Trauma Jester in order to hopefully squash his insane fandom, Rose also tells the heroes that she’s going to continue making plushies despite what she’s been through. The Delta Force learns that Terry is going to make a Smash Bros-style game about the heroes out of gratitude and Rose also reveals that she’s going to make plushies based on them as well, we then learn that the four Trauma Jester fans have each received a 40-year prison sentence for everything they’ve done.
