Haha! They are the fools of April! The words at the bottom are Japanese, and mean Fish of April ... because in France on April Fool's Day people stick paper fish to each others' backs and say "poisson d'avril!" which is April fish (i love France!!)

Oh, the 2 cat-girls here are my 2 cats Chibi and Marron. Sorta. We're celebrating Chibi's birthday to-day because we don't know the exact date, only that it was around this time. So, Chibi is the one pointing and laughing, and Marron has the fish on her back. Ehehehe ...

Yes, the image is sketchy. I am too lazy to make it nice, and that usually ends up ruining it somewhat anyway. And i happen to like how it looks as it is, so there!
