It's a Watoshi! by @BaskitKase (Jennifer Winn)

I found yet another VERY old picture I did back in the day. I like the results though. I made up a new breed of yoshi called a Watoshi. It's a water yoshi(Duh!) and has gills instead of nostrils. They can control the water, so I made this one floating above a lake and parting the water. ((I wonder if he's related to Moses? *gets pelted with dust bunnies)) Anyway, I like how I made the water look like it was parting. I have to draw a recent picture of a Watoshi, because sadly this is the only picture I drew of one. Anyway...drawn with pen, then scanned into, coloured, and messed with PSP 5.01.
