Blue Lightning by @stepratt (Stephanie Ratté)

Meet Jess' character, Blue Lightning, whose powers I am unsure of (help, Jess?). He was one of the characters we didn't really like and actually considered removing him from the group... but when I redrew him, I actually had fun and believe he is now one of my fave characters =) He's only had a few minor changes with this rendition, mainly his boots. Oh! He's a Brontosaurus, BTW, if you haven't figured out... and no he isn't 20 feet tall... long story how the dinosaurs "re-evolved" to suit their environment. Yeah. Anyway, It's BL, and he's better than ever.
