Railway station, Wellington, New Zealand. Headquarters of the New Zealand Railways Corporation and KiwiRail, it is the southern terminus to three North Island lines and the busiest station in the country. The building was constructed in 1937, consolidating two separate stations. In addition to standard travel amenities, it houses a supermarket, and Victoria University's Pipitea Campus occupies the station's west wing.
