It's a little Demon Pegasus! Yes, those nubs are horns, not an extra pair of ears. I just drew this image for the fun of working on feathers. Honestly, I haven't got a clue how to actually draw them, so I just wing it (haha, Pun!). I like how they came out, though. And actually, this isn't the entire image. it's just all I could fit on my scanner. I drew more of the wings and back as well, and the total image is a pretty big size.
