Valvalis, The Wind Fiend
Valvalis, The Wind Fiend by @migucast (Miguel Castaneda)

Yes. It's happened again. I think it's a sure sign the World is ending. Definately. Thanks to a video on YouTube I suddenly felt the need to do Valvalis fanart. And possibly some yuri... >_> So.. Yeah... I wasted my last two nights of grinding in FF3 drawing this. It's also the reason there's no comic this week too.

Artwise, I tried to stay as close to Amano's design, not wanting to be swayed by the video's already pretty cute interpretation of her design. Her hair drove me nuts as did her feet. >_< But at least it came out well.

For those of you keeping score at home, this is now the SECOND time in recent history I've willingly drawn FF fanart that wasn't a gift for someone. Is this a positive trend? I dunno... Nadia wants me draw more... One for each of the GOOD FFs. Then there's that sexy idea I've had forever based on that weird "Have You Ever Seen Me?" song from one of the FF vocal CDs. In anycase, I don't know. Right now... I plan to beat FF3, go to bed, and then bug EBs around the city as soon as I get up so I can claim my FF4 and kill the rest of my weekend with it.

Oh! And, yes, Virginia, there WILL be a nude varient. XD After I beat FF3.
