The beginning of Reitan's interrogations under the Combine. There were originally about four in total, but due to time constraints one was dropped and another reworked into Breen's personal questioning. As developments in Part II reveal, he is answering the question here; just not as straightforwardly as the staff would prefer.

I'd done shorts before, but this was my first real stab at a "feature-length" Gmod cartoon. I've primarily used it as a supplement when I think drawing the scene out by hand would take longer, although I've never done a serious comparison so for all I know I've been cheating myself. Anything I think it can't communicate as well (facial expressions especially) I do myself; hence the sometimes curious switch between the mediums in later pages.
