My Chinese Zodiac Animal
My Chinese Zodiac Animal by @Swift (Shelley L.)

I wanted to draw my Chinesezodiac animal (Tiger) in conjunction with my Chinese zodiac element (Wood), and I came up with this. I didn't want her to look like some carving, so I tried to make her instead in tune with living wood; I tried to make the stripes resemble twigs, leaves and bark, and I coloured her green. I'm quite pleased with the result. And I KNOW that that's an unspeakably ugly background, I suck at backgrounds but it just looked like it needed a background somehow X_X Oh, and in case you're wondering, the Chinese words at the bottom, Mu Hu, mean 'Wood Tiger'.
