Flag of Namibia (Roll II Rule) by @Thorvald (El Thorvaldo)
The Feminist Union of Communist-Internationalist Namibia (FUCIN) was Omega124's country in my magnum opus, Roll II Rule. R2R was the mutant successor to Roll to Dodge: Ludicrous Edition, an entirely different type of forum game that can best be described as a game of D&D where literally every action is resolved by a die roll. Omega established the country back in R2D through a popular revolt against christos200's ancap dictatorship, going on to lead the resistance to a collection of christos' villains accidentally instigated by a separate player's actions in Mongolia who attempted to take over the world through nuclear Armageddon.
FUCIN was an almost direct import from Namibia at the round's conclusion, save for the massive roster of NPC allies and some of the stats from the World War phase. Proving that history repeats the second time as farce, christos joined R2R as an ancap hellstate on the charred ashes of the United States devastated by his characters' conquest, only to quietly drop out of the game shortly after Megs renewed the liberation campaign from her forward base in New England. Namibia remained one of the game's principal power brokers, although Megs resigned from the game one turn before it stalled completely.
Originally uploaded to the now-defunct IOT Wiki in 2017, based on Omega's original design; the scheme is actually adapted from the flag of the Democratic Republic of Congo. This package also includes a variant based on the Namibian flag.
