The gatling was already used - and in action - in that pic. It's the second version, and corrects some mistakes. If you're asking for a name, let's call that sweetie Shivan. To correctly use that gatling, not only you have to be a Daeva to hold the recoil, but you have to wear the artificial claws as well.
