Stop All the Clocks
Stop All the Clocks by @Thorvald (El Thorvaldo)

My 18th and final contribution to DYOS VIII.

Ernst Ingmar Bergman (1918–2007) was a Swedish playwright and filmmaker whose career encompassed 60 films over nearly six decades. His work was world-famous for its existentialist themes in movies such as The Seventh Seal (1957), Wild Strawberries (1957), and Through a Glass Darkly (1961), frequently collaborating with the actors Max von Sydow, Bibi Andersson, Ingrid Thulin, and Bunnar Björnstrand.

As you can surmise, the thread had devolved into naked infighting, and was locked not long after this page aired. Only a partial archive of the thread was completed so I don't know whether the Daleks indicated we'd brought Curt back as a villain; Richtofen was almost certainly foreshadowing on my part, as he wouldn't have been revealed as the mastermind.

The frame used for Bergman's portrait is cribbed from Canute in Civilization II.
