"Nestled away deep within the Genqian mountains, Hsiao, the eternally still, and eternally youthful, stands guard. With the Painting at a standstill, and it's inhabitants scattered, Hsaio was the only one left who could be trusted to guard Tai's head, and for some time, he did just that. Standing in wait, perfectly balanced, he was prepared for the day duality would be threatened. Or so he thought. Ku's arrival at Hsiao's door was expected, but what wasn't anticipated was who he would bring with him, and the depths he would be willing to sink to achieve his goals. The death of Hsiao would mark the end of the stagnation for the Painting, and the beginning of it's downfall."
