Mage Making Flame by @PMWM

This is a pen and ink drawing from imagination. It is a work in progress. I took some advice and did an under drawing in pencil.

A special meaning occurred to me when, while I was doing the under drawing, I had the idea to have a fairy floating in his palm rather than the flame there now. It was almost as if I incinerated the fairy when I opted for the flame. The drawing may represent my own engagement with Jungian active imagination and my reluctance to integrate what I find there.
