BBC 1 (1995) by @WestKnightTV (West Knight)

Now this is a wild idea. It was inspired by the later version of BBC Video opening, and I came up with the idea of a numeral "1" symbol, based on the slanted logo, and animated like the open. Considering the RGB lines each represents a nation, this is certainly not the brightest idea, but it's a fun experiment.
