Stipple Phaeacian Woman... by @Polkadotz517 (Leigh Cooper)

OK....I called this a work in progress because it is not finished, although it will not be anytime soon. This was for an art class and I was greatly displeased with the turn-out and frustration quickly broke in, but now I've realized stippling isn't as evil as I made it out to be. HAHA! So I see a lot of things wrong with shading around the eyes, neck, lips, head piece, etc....o well...critiques plz....if I haven't already done so myself haha...
