No wonder poor Dillan's so insane in the head. His brother Adrian's always doing weird experiments and operations on cadavers and sometimes still live 'patients'. Adrian is a little insane as well, but not as much as Dillan. Poor Dillan sometimes can't handle the stuff his brother does, and Adrian making him watch doesn't make his insanity any better. This is a rough sketch for a poster I'm making for my best friend Russell, who requested it. Mediums: #2 pencil.
